Non-whites always have to fight in 1285

In 1285, non-whites always have to fight to get what whites get as a matter of course.
Eg. If someone has an idea, or holds a position, or has some particular experience/qualification, usually they get any job or position that comes available.
In CAW 1285 that only happens if someone is white. If a non-white is involved, a white gets the job/position anyway.
Always been like that in CAW 1285

23 years and still the same racist Local

Spoke to a guy from CAW Local 1285. He said he was not surprised by this racist EFAP appointment, not surprised at all.
Seems, he applied for a Skilled Trades job in 1986, in this Local. He was British trained, had 22 years experience. Only problem, he is Chinese. Job was given to a young white guy, 3 years experience.
23 years and still the same racist Local.

The new different Dark Ages@ CAW 1285

Same Old Racist Union 1285. People who are talking to us about racism in CAW 1285 say it reaches new highs. Non-whites are trying very, very hard to leave CAW 1285. Just one and half year since Leon and his rednecks took over, non-whites are re-discovering racism in the day to day work life, plus for those who hold Union jobs. One man says we should expose the non-whites who collaborate with Leon and his racists.
